It was started in 2009 by a celebrity pet lifestyle expert and animal behaviorist. Fur real! It doesn’t matter if you’re dressing up your own dog, cat, ferret or frog or not, (you probably don’t even have a ferret), because it’s just as cool to commemorate this wacky day by sending this one-of-a-kind, keepsake card to a pet lover who gets it!
