Excellent product! Only frustration was the long wait when I called customer service multiple times. The first time was because of confusion with a Groupon I bought (perhaps the collaboration with Groupon should be clearer to reduce customers' confusion) and the second time was because I received the same order two times (fortunately I wasn't double charged, but I had to call to confirm the internal error). Great printing quality!
