Music is Art Poster
This unique musical design combines my love of art and music. It features a large intricately detailed and stylised musical treble clef with the words "Music is Art" and "Art is Music" on a brilliant blue vignette style background that fades to black at the outer edges. The treble clef itself was hand drawn in pen and ink in a design that includes many repeated pattern elements such as basketweave, lines, curves, scallops, dots, ropes, and swirls. Surrounding the treble clef is a burst of ruffled lines meant to represent the musical staff or stave and the sound waves of music that come from the centre. The design is carefully shaded for a dimensional 3D effect.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
