The image for this birthday card (which I have recolored), is from NASA's public collection and shows spiral galaxy M83 (also known as the Southern Pinwheel) in the Hydra constellation. This barred spiral galaxy has a massive black hole at its centre is one of the largest and closest to Earth, a mere 15 million light years away. Both parts of the greeting on the front of the card can be personalised. Inside you can use the default "Love you to the stars and back" message, or you can type your own.
