Mr. Skygack Observes a Man Bathing Postcard

Images in my store have been copied, cleaned and colourized to properly welcome Mr. Skygack to the 21st Century! Mr. Skygack from Mars" was a comic panel, penned by A. D. Condo, from 1907 to the mid 1910's. His mission was to come to earth and take notes of earthling behaviour to report back to Mars. Unfortunately, Mr. Skygack wasn't familiar with earthling behaviour, so he was forever misunderstanding the scene which he observed, making for some rather comical situations. It is important to note that Mr. Skygack From Mars pre-dates Buck Rogers as a newspaper comic by over two decades, even though Buck gets the credit for being the first science fiction comic feature! This image, from Jan. 25, 1908: "Saw earth-being partly submerged in hot soup---was rubbing cake of white substance producing rich froth, smearing same over body---probably mental wreck---quickly withdrew myself fearing enactment of some shocking tragedy."
