Thank you for visiting our store. Mr. Fig Newton (MFN) has a cleft palate and needs surgery so that he can eat/drink normally and breathe without issue. The great team at UC Davis will perform the procedure when he is six months old and we are confident he will have a long and VERY happy life. MFN is under the care of Freds Friends (fredsfriends.org) a small non-profit (501c3) rescue organisation in Northern CA. Zazzle allows us to collect a small percentage for every sale at this site. My mug arrived promptly and I found it had been well packed for shipping. I'm most satisfied with the product; it is a good sturdy cup and the graphics were of the quality that I hoped I would see. I know the person who will be opening this cup for Christmas will be thrilled to be able to have his coffee with this precious pup every morning. The graphic met my expectations and the color I chose was exactly what was depicted when I was ordering.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
