A Woman covering her eyes with her hands says the blessing over the Shabbath candles. I draw 2 Doves as her palm hands to represent and welcome Peace and Shechinah into her house. It says in the Zohar that when a male and his soul mate come together as one there is a perfect unity. When they get married 12 gates are opening for the male, he gets 12 blessings (Health..Prosperity..Happiness..Fulfilment….) that as a single he couldn’t reveal them. The Eshet chyil poem also represent the masculine side of God praising His missing feminine half (the Shekinah). It is traditionally sung at the table on Friday night in praise of both the woman of the house and the Shekinah.It’s a beautiful and thoughtful gift to give to your wife, friend, mother and someone that is special for you. "…She invests herself with strength… she opens her hand to the poor and reaches out to the needy…she is robed in strength and dignity and she smiles at the future…give her credit for the fruit of her labour and let her achievements praise her at the gates."
