Mother and sister of the artist by Berthe Morisot. About Berthe Morisot Berthe Morisot was a painter and a member of the circle of painters in Paris who became known as the Impressionists. Her first appearance in the Salon de Paris came at the age of twenty-three in 1864, with the acceptance of two landscape paintings. She continued to show regularly in the Salon, to generally favourable reviews, until 1873, the year before the first Impressionist exhibition.

This beautiful card would also be appropriate for Mother's Day. It is very nice for someone who loves books as well. As usual, this card is absolutely beautiful. The same good quality and artistic beauty that I have found in each card that I have ordered from Zazzle. Highly recommend!! I did not have customized printing on this particular card, as I bought it to have on hand, but the printing that I have had done in the past on other cards has been absolutely beautiful and flawless. Colors are available to match printing with each card.
