Morris & Co. Bamboo Pattern Godwin Orange & Sage Poster
Infuse your home with the dramatic elegance of the 19th-century Aesthetic Movement. Adapted from an iconic 1872 pattern designed by E.W. Godwin for the historic Morris & Co. circle, this exquisite "Bamboo" design showcases a brilliant fusion of traditional British design and historic Japanese art motifs. Featuring bold, skeletal bamboo leaves in fiery burnt orange and rust red, it sits beautifully atop a layered background of stylised sunbursts and wildflowers in muted sage and olive green. A stunning choice for grandmillennial gallery walls, eclectic maximalist living rooms, or as a sophisticated texturing element for custom throw pillows, vintage-style wrapping paper, and unique home textiles.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning! The print is precise, clear and of an excellent standard. It was cleverly packaged so there wasn’t a blemish or crease. Perfect!
