“Love Morkies.” Who doesn't love a Morkie? Wait...what's a Morkie? Some kind of alien from a 1980s comedy show? A Morkie is a cross between a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier. Maltese x Yorkie = Morkie! They come in a range of colours, features and personalities that reflect the characteristics of both breeds. They’re sweet-tempered, adorable, energetic and charismatic little bundles of fluff. The Morkie in this image is one of our rescue pups, Mojo. And he really rocks the mojo- a quality that attracts people to you and makes you successful and full of energy! He's intelligent and can be a tad naughty if he's bored, but his endearing nature always manages to make everything better (and get him out of trouble). Mojo has turned into a real camera ham over time and knows how to mug it up. He lives in our home with his "brothers from other mothers" - a rescued Cairn Terrier named Bailey; and two rescue cats, Pekoe and Razzmatazz. They make quite the blended four-footed fuzzy family.
