I was happy with the whole experience and loved the product.
I was nervous because I never ordered a personalized item before.
It arrived on time and was even prettier than I thought it would be in person.
I'm not sure why they called it "basic white" though since no part of it was white except the bride's name (my daughter). It was prominent and written in a beautiful script. The rest of the invitation was black with pink flowers and all of the lettering with the shower details was in pick. Everyone was impressed. It was very well made. Very sturdy.
The pink writing on the black background really stood out and was easily read. The back of the invitation was the same pink. It was so beautiful that I had it framed in a shadow box. It was a perfect square which made it more unique. Everyone loved it and most importantly the bride loved it. She opened up the gift at the shower and it was a huge success. I would definitely recommend this product!

Product was very nice and I designed my invitations exactly how I wanted. The only problem that I had was that I ordered 30 invitations and only 28 envelopes were included. Very weird.... If was awesome! Exactly how I wanted the colors to be.
