Monogram Business Card

I had to request my cards 3 times ... the 1st time it was a turn-around issue due to production delay, the 2nd time was a quality issue with the my logo off centered when received... but all was well with the 3rd time around when cards arrived correct and just in time. Applauds to Michelle and Michael for their superb customer service! Their QA folks should pay a little more attention on such types of orders. Despite the initial series of disappointments, I give Zazzle 4 stars for their response to take care of the problem. Nonetheless, I remain a loyal Zazzle customer! The front design on the last re-shipment turned out ok. The smaller print is slightly blurry but acceptable for the price. This is definitely noticeable on the back side. Maybe it's the type of card stock that causes this.

Zazzle provides a way to modify the card designs & that is very useful. My order arrived 2 weeks from tthe order date. The card looks great. I would have liked some more design options such as stock images, such as some wedding rings, which I would have liked to include on my business card. Packaging - one suggestion for improvement - post in a sturdy postal box. Mine were in a small box, inside a flat postal bag. During postage the box had been squashed & all my 100 cards were loose inside the postal bsg. Fortunately none were damaged. Looks great. Option to have raised letters would be a welcome additionsl option.

I do love these square cards I had to redo them twice, yet wasn’t too happy as I had made the writing smaller on the back even though I thought I’d made it bigger. Yet they still great 😊 Still used them for my event. I could of designed the writing on the back better than I did it came out a little small yet still happy with them I still used them
