MONET Water Lily Pond Puzzle WEEPING WILLOWS
This image of Claude Monet's Water Lily Pond and Weeping Willow was painted around 1916-1919, during or perhaps towards the end of World War I. Inspired by both a close friend and his own son, Michel, who were each serving in WWI, Monet created a series of paintings called Weeping Willows as homage to the French fallen soldiers. This is one of many depicting the Water Lily Pond garden in his own backyard, where he tailored the landscape to be just the sort of art worthy environment that he made his fortune on -- the more paintings he sold, the more he added to his gardens, and the more paintings he sold !

I designed puzzles for Christmas gifts and they were well received. The collage style I made, and memorable photo style were liked. I haven’t seen anyone assemble the puzzles yet, but I look forward to that.
