Claude Monet's Bridge Over a Pond of Water Lilies is a wonderful impressionistic painting by one of the master flower artists of all time. The bridge and water garden is alive with colour and emotion, as the bridge tops the flowing out of the beautiful water lilies with pink flowers. The water is alive with swirls of brown, green, and purple. The water lilies are an impression -- they're not supposed to be an exact replica of a real water lily. The surge of Monet's colours are inspirational. Claude Monet was one of the great water lily painters -- perhaps the greatest artist of all time. He certainly painted lots of water lilies - and this painting is one he did often -- the bridge from his garden at Giverny.
Claude Monet was considered the founder of French Impressionist painting. He studied the “en plein air” methods of painting, along with Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Frederic Bazille, and Alfred Sisley.

The experience buying from Zazzle was great -- the custom made product arrived much faster than I expected (I am in Australia) and they kept me updated with progress emails.
The product itself is good quality and I like the simplistic elegant design. The only criticism I have is that it's not really accurately represented by the picture provided. I thought that the mousepad would be a non-porous or laminate surface and as such the gold writing would actually shine against the soft pink. However the design is printed on a thick fabric surface, so the gold colour is just the shade of gold but doesn't stand out from the pink background. (See picture)
FYI the soft pink is stronger in real life than in my personal picture. Good quality printing, slightly different look to what I expected. It also smells quite strong on arrival but it's only been a day so this may fade.
