The sign I ordered was exactly as advertised. Added a personal touch to my daughter's decorations for her wedding rehearsal dinner. The package was not labeled DO NOT BEND and was folded and stuffed in my mailbox. The sign was slightly bent but once framed was fine. The sign had a slight black mark on it but was still useable. I didn't have time to have another sent as I needed it on 6/19 and it arrived on 6/17.
