Modern Green Silver Business Logo Name Tag

I ordered this product on 10 September and received it on 9 October. It was made in Ireland and shipped internationally, but your website ends with “.au,” which made me think the business was based in Australia. Instead, I was charged in euros with a currency conversion fee—very misleading. I tried to contact Zazzle several times, but there’s no real customer service number or human support available—only a virtual contact option that goes nowhere. The product itself was also disappointing. I was expecting a metal or plastic name tag, but it’s made of foam! For the price I paid, it feels like a rip-off. I could have easily bought a better-quality one locally in Australia. Really not impressed with either the product or the service.

This badge looks professional and it's in keeping with my branding. The magnetic attachment is strong and stays in place all day. The quality of the materials and the colors were exactly as pictured. I couldn't be happier! The printing is clear and easy to read
