I was very happy with the note pad. The weight of the paper was just right. It looked very tasteful and was just a nice little something to give something as they start a new job. Of course anyone else would enjoy it as well, me included. The print showed up very nice. It had just the right amount of color.

Overall it is very good. The only issue I have is that the personalized message at the top of the pages needs to be bigger. It is very small. Good. It is lined, with black and white dragonfly's at the top of the page.
