I was looking forward to receiving this order. I paid for expedited shipping to receive it by December 12 when I tried to track the package it shows it has not been received by the carrier company. It is now December 14 with no update on this order. I have reached out to the company and have not received an update on the order. This is very upsetting. I understand it is a holiday season and it might be busy but I paid for the product and I paid for express shipping and no update from the company. .
