Modern Elegant Wedding Seating Chart Sign Cards

Ordered these for seating chart for a wedding and they were simple yet elegant! Perfect choice! Well done. Packaged nicely for shipping too

Sadly I had to order a couple replacement cards after we had changes in our guest list, and I assumed the print quality would be the same as the original order. It was not. Although the ink color selected was black, the ink that was printed on the replacement cards had a green hue to them - likely due to a low black ink cartridge. The replacement cards were printed in a completely different state than the original order, which I had no way of knowing would happen at the time I placed my replacement order. So now I have 3 cards that stand out drastically from the rest of the cards. I requested a replacement for the first card that arrived, but Zazzle told me it would be shipped via regular mail, which means it will get here after my wedding. So now I need to deal with having 3 seating cards that are visibly different than the rest of the cards on my display. So disappointing. If you aren't sure that you won't have changes to your seating arrangements, don't order these. I ordered the first set just 3 weeks before our wedding, and because it took them over a week to arrive, now I am stuck.

I was not having with the service of this product after only receiving 1 table card when i had ordered 5 i then emailed the company to let them know of my issue, only for them to tell me they would resend my order out, for me to then again only receive 1 table card days out from my wedding. I then had to come up with another idea. The only good thing about this was i was able to get a refund for all 5 five table cards. The printing was fine on what cards i did receive.
