I give this an average rating because the pens arrived with the writing too small. I know I personalized the pen, but I feel like when the independent creator was designing them and saw that some of the writings were too small to be read, they could have contacted me. That would have literally been good customer service. Too small. The person I got it for couldn't read it and neither could I. The only reason I know what's written on the second line is because I personalized it.

The pen is even better than I had thought, My only comment would be that it doesn't appear to unscrew anywhere to replace ink when it runs out which means having to replace the whole pen every time it runs out. Although there was no claim of this in description I have still deducted one star for this reason only, partly for cost and convenience not to mention the environment. The design is amazing with the text being a better size than I imagined and very clear
