Love the product, would like the customization process a little easier. It can be hard to crop the photos and maintain the size needed on the banner. Definitely needed to spend some time "massaging" the look. Also, because of the materials, they smell really bad! I'm not one who has issues with smells normally, but when we would walk by the boxes that contained these banners, it was very chemically. Also, be sure to give your banners time to relax their curl. We got creative with some hangers on the back to make them hang straight. I should have maybe opted for the outdoor option with grommets. Printing was crisp and clear!
