While the personalized picture is cute and came out like the photo, the plastic cover they used had some smudges and scratches on it and the second hand actually fell off when I turned it over to put in a battery. For the price, I expected higher quality. The image itself is great.

For the price I expecting better. Very average and much smaller than I imagined. Disappointing when you actually have the product in front of you. Not sure how I'm supposed to hang it on the wall as there does not appear to be anything on the back to hang it from. Printing is okay. Looks better on the web photos. a Little dull for my liking.
