The Mitchell's Welding/Roadster Shop/Muffler Shop '29 Ford Roadster pickup is one of the most important and influential Hot Rods of the immediate Post-WWII era. Built with tasteful restraint around 1948 from a truncated '29 Roadster body mated to the back half of a '26 Studebaker touring car body; the truck was initially painted a bright vermillion, was flathead powered and served as a rolling business card for Pasadena Roadster Club member Dave Mitchell's fabrication skills. In 1950 the truck was rebuilt with a brand-new 1950 303 Oldsmobile Rocket engine and painted black. The lettering and graphic of the black 1950 version is depicted faithfully here! Find it elsewhere!
