Minimalist Daisy Floral Pattern Customizable Throw Cushion

I will never order from Zazzle again. The stars are only for Niomi (support staff) who arranged the refund, otherwise, the product shall be rated zero. I ordered this cushion with a blanket and a clock for 375$, very expensive, all in a "grey watercolour and gold texture" design. I needed the items to decorate my room with the white and gold theme, however, the printed colour is ugly yellow and brown. I sent the product photos to the support team and requested a return postage label for a complete refund. They said I should pay for the postage of the blanket and clock otherwise no refund before returning the item. I live in Australia and the postage rates are around 50-60$. Although they refund the cushion for 104$, I cannot use them as the colour is ugly yellow-brown. They are still unused. The cousin also is smaller than the ordered size. I ordered 50 x 50 cm, to match my other cushions but it is smaller! I added the photo I also wrote to the designer Nest Stagging, Herbert Cromwell, and she never replied. DO NOT order this design because the GOLD TEXTURE is not simulated. 4cm off the size. GOLD TEXTURE is not simulated. The colour is bright yellow and doll brown which makes the blanket looks cheap. Unusable for my room with Gold/white theme.

I brought this pillow for a friend who needed some cheering up. We are very close and even our doggies grew up together so I wanted to find her a gift to incorporate all of that. Decided on this and I couldn't be happier with how beautiful it turned out! It was perfect, thinking of making another for myself. This pillow came out better than I could have imagined. Really loved it! My friend thought is was so beautiful and well done which makes me proud so thank you Zazzle. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
