MICHELANGELO DAVID WITH FIG LEAF CANVAS PRINT

MICHELANGELO DAVID WITH FIG LEAF CANVAS PRINT

DAVID WITH FIG LEAF ... Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni (6 March 1475 – 18 February 1564). David is a masterpiece[1][2] of Italian Renaissance sculpture, created from 1501 to 1504 by Michelangelo. 'David' was provided with a marble fig leaf in the early 16th century which was not removed until 1912. In this image the David is in front of the Palazzo Vecchio before 1873, with the fig leaf. The statue soon came to symbolise the defence of civil liberties ... perhaps, a symbol we could use today. The largest size I could make here is this one at 18" x 27" x 1.5". I made the border colour to match the fig leaf colour. You cannot see the detail in the eyes until you buy this size. "BENEDICENTUR IN IPSO OMNES TRIBUS TERRAE" "AND IN HIM SHALL ALL THE TRIBES OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED" This quote reminds us ... Of Genesis 22:18 God's promise to Abraham, Fulfilled by Psalm 72:17 of King David to his son King Solomon, By Messianic Prophecy of the 'King of Kings': In the birth of Christ Jesus, Our Saviour. Colourized by Mark Edward Westerfield 2023.

I was apprehensive about ordering as I hadn't used our company before but I found the whole experience wonderful. I ordered my Eiffel Tower canvas in the size I needed to fit into my Niche and received it 7 days later. It was exactly as described on your site and looks wonderful handing on my wall. Would definitely use Zazzle again! The printing on the canvas is fantastic, very crisp and clean. Just as shown on your site.

Excellent, this was to replace a print that was damaged in transit. It is even better quality than the original one I had. The printing is amazing - and the colours are also incredible, far better than I expected.

The picture was as expected when creating the order. The frame is very strong and included a hook for ease of hanging. Printing was great! It was exactly as anticipated if not better.
