After only using the new case for a few days, my newer 5S began to lose battery charge frequently, became hot with use, and I lost audio tones. It took me a couple days to realize it must be the new cover. When I removed the cover all of the issues went away. So I paid a lot of money for an item I can't use, and can't return since it is personalized. The printing was fine
