I would have liked to send this card to my parents however Zazzle delivered to the wrong address & sent me someone else's order. I was on with chat for 1 1/2 hours on the weekend because they don't offer live representatives to speak on the phone to customers. I once again went to chat this morning since my email isn't working and finally chatted with a person who said they'd expedite the cards, however I see they've not been resent. I understand people make mistakes but this is terrible customer service! I guess my parents won't be getting a Christmas Card from me...
