This gorgeous yoga mat pictures the chakras in the body and their position and reminds you to "Inhale and Exhale" while practising. The rainbow coloured chakra symbols stand out against a black background. You can meditate on the state of your prana, or energy centres whilst looking at the image of the person at the top of the mat. They are surrounded by the different moon phases in rainbow colours. The black background is calming and resistant to scuffs and the colours of the chakras stand out attractively on the mat. I designed this mat with my own ideas and I hope you like it as much as me. :)
