Christmas is about the ultimate gift of love that was given to us in Jesus. That blessed night, the angels sang and rejoiced because they already knew what that gift would mean to the world. This adorable, simple and whimsical painting shows Mary and Joseph travelling to Bethlehem on a donkey. Clearly they love each other and anticipate the birth of their soon coming baby boy.
