This vintage collectable Victorian Freemasonry jigsaw puzzle design is a copy of a restored original by Currier and Ives, New York, first published in 1874. This romantic design features the motto "Friendship, Love and Truth" and includes an all seeing eye symbolising the benevolent eye of providence, romantic red roses of love, a linked lovers' chain, two lovers' clasped hands, a honey bee hive which symbolises working together and a bundle of sticks which is an ancient Roman symbol meaning "we stand together".

I was a bit disappointed to find that for the price the puzzle was only a small 252 pieces ..... but ....... it is so intricate that if it was bigger I would be frazzled by now
bought as a special Christmas jigsaw for work colleagues to play with in our breaks - it is a great way to get the team to collaborate on something fun, and to start conversations between folk, and a great positive opportunity to provide compliments on the effort put in and progress being made
the puzzle itself is beautifully made - each piece feels lovely (not a cheap cardboard puzzle) and the shapes are all similar but different
Still a work in progress after a week - it's great!!!!
a truly lovely thing ... it will come out each year - both at work and at home. great image, and fantastic finish on the pieces
