Original order was misprinted and reordering was a breeze - but getting my refund was a bit more challenging - but Zazzle made sure I didn't pay for the misprint (the way the site had the invite printed actually cut off part of the words. The operator was very helpful to fix it and then I had to reorder the new cards). I didn't and don't like the basic as much as the linen. I ordered 10 linens to see what they looked like. Both are wonderful however the response cards to match are hard to write on. Once they were reprinted they look so nice - I'm very excited to send out - especially the matching response cards (again though - difficult to write on and read black or blue pen.)

I wrote another review - this one the writing was cut off and I didn't change a thing!! Zazzle did help with the refund. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BORDERS!!! My other cards showed me the red lining for the borders - it did not pop up for this invite the first time I made it
