Meaning : Stay Still /Centre /Relaxed. When one is relaxed, not tense one's mind will be more clear, also ones reaction will be faster than one that is tense. (ie; opponent) When opponent doesn't move, don't move. When opponent moves, move first. It is through stillness you can see and feel where the weakness/off centre point of your opponent. When you move from stillness the moves is like a CAT ...body and mind as One. Your energy will be like in a... BOW fully stretched with arrow ready for your opponent's off balance/weak point.
