One career test in 2009 said my best career choice I would be great at was pharmacist! It also said I would give my employer accuracy in numbers. I worked at Fleming Packaging almost 30 years! When they closed I took classes at ICC under a gov't grant. Then, I began work at a contract processor for Caterpillar Service Parts Packaging December 2005 almost eleven years ago at this writing! I became level 7 lead allocator there. Now have been with SC2 Mossville over 7 yrs and was as high as pack line supervisor (2010 2011 second shift), then, auditor now over 5 1/2 yrs. Recently a Cat rep said I was 'The Best Auditor on the Planet!' I have trained new hire packers, new hire orientation (2nd shift), allocators, leads, lead/sign-offs, auditors, and helped SOPers figure out rejects, helped loaders with their rejects, and I helped pack line supervisors investigate problem jobs. And I have done the HOTs at Mossville for quite a while.
