Maritime Flag Q — Quebec Cushion
This maritime flag represents the letter Q (called "Quebec") in ICS (International Code of Signals) and NATO maritime standards. It can be used with other flags to spell a message.
In ICS, a single Q flag can mean "My vessel is free of contagious disease and I request license to enter the port (e.g. free pratique)." The Q flag can be combined with other flags for specific shorthand messages, such as: QD means "I am moving ahead" (versus QT for astern); QQ means "Health clearance required"; and QX means "Anchoring permission."
"Q" is the 25th most commonly-used letter in English. Write your own messages with Q and other maritime flags!

I absolutely love this product. I turned out even better than I expected too. I bought this for my mother for Mother's Day and she really loves it, she shows it too everyone she can and they all love it as well and want to know where I bought it from. The design turned out perfect, the printing of the words is fantastic they were so clear and easy to read, the color was also nicer than I thought it would be plus the images are so clear to see. I myself can't seem to keep looking at it, it's just gorgeous I love it, it couldn't have turned out any better
