The arch was commissioned by Galvestonian George Mitchell and created for the City's 1986 Mardi Gras celebration. It is an iconic Galveston landmark. I wanted to get something special for my son as he has just had his second child and bought a new car so I decided on a keyring and Zazzle did an amazing job with this.
