I was really unhappy with the quality of this ornament on my first order, but after contacting customer service, I immediately got a response on how to get a new ornament processed…not only was I able to get a new ornament, but I was able to get my original discount code and shipping and handling applied…therefore not having to pay anything to have a new ornament processed and delivered…I also received the ornament 1 week earlier than projected….during the process of getting this rectified, customer services responded to my inquires immediately and without any push back….top quality customer service….the second ornament is beautiful and I can’t wait to see my granddaughters reaction…thank you…Merry Christmas. I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
