Whakairo is traditional Maori art of carving, especially in wood, stone and bone. Carving designs are rich with unique symbols and use common patterns, which styles differ between tribes. Craft patterns use like decorative elements and also used for enhancing the story. Carving prints included precious adornments, weapons, musical instruments and decorative panels for the various buildings within the village.

Wow this project turned out so good much better than I expected and my family love the whole design of the photo collage clock. We hung it in the kitchen where everybody can see and appreciate it. The printing of the photos turned out really nice and suits the clock.
