This deisgn features a painting by the French Neoclassical artist Jacques-Louis David (1748–1825). It is an elegant portrait of Marie-Madeleine Guimard, who was a French ballerina. She was a star of the Paris Opera, and she dominated the Parisian stage during the reign of Louis XVI. She was also famous for her love affairs with high-status gentlemen; she worked, for a time, as a courtesan. In this painting, Mademoiselle Guimard is posing as Terpsichore, who was the ancient Greek Muse of lyric poetry and dance.

It was easy to customise my order and go back to review, double check, change and/or revise before finalising. Also good options on discounts for increased qtys. I received them 11days after ordering all the way across to Western Australia. Most Eastern States orders straight off a shelf aren’t even that quick. I recommend Zazzle highly, just make sure you get it right when submitting a custom order. The print quality was exactly as per my logo I sent on their online platform for custom orders.
