Don’t bite! It’s just a picture. Even so, this delicious macaroon cookie is sure to make your mouth water. Macaroons are typically made with coconut, although almond paste is also used. They are soft drop cookies, both sweet and chewy, incorporating sugar and egg whites. Cooked until they have a slight browning the ridges. Note, macaroons and macarons are completely different cookies, although the spelling almost looks alike.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her.
