Macal River Falls - After a lot of rafting and hiking we reached this spot deep into the preserved and protected wilderness of Belise. The couple in foreground are Ken and Phyllis, originally from Colorado but when I camped in the jungle with them they had been in Belise for several years and developed a small eco-tourism camp in the jungle. The day before I made this photo, they had discovered a cave above their camp. Inside, untouched for about 500 years was pottery, some huge, still sealed as they were when the Mayans left them to have a cache of foods and supplies. - Wayne Green

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
