Luton Town F.C. is an English football club based in Luton, founded in 1885. The club achieved noteable success in the 1980s, including a League Cup win in 1988 and several strong seasons in the top flight. However, after relegation from the Premier League in 1992, Luton faced financial troubles and dropped as low as the Conference (National League) in 2009. The club bounced back, returning to the EFL in 2014, reaching the Championship in 2018, and, in 2023, achieving promotion to the Premier League after 31 years. Luton Town's passionate fanbase, known as The Hatters, is famous for its loyalty, creating a vibrant atmosphere at their historic stadium, Kenilworth Road.
