Lunchtime at the Tree Mouse Pad

Lunchtime at the Tree was taken in India. I have no clue what kind of bird this is or what kind of tree. But I love to discover wildlife everywhere. Please tell me if you know the name of the bird or the tree. --- I got a response, someone told me this is a yellow-vented bulbul. I checked it out and found the following information: "The most common urban bulbul in Southeast Asia is the yellow-vented bulbul. This attractive songster is a common sight in cities, parks, and plantations, as well as in open forests, edges, and secondary growth. Brown above and whitish below with a bright yellow vest and a thick black line between the bill and the eye. The front edge of the weak, slightly peaked crest is also dark. Gives rolling, variable songs, and bubbly multiple-note calls." I hope this is correct!
