This 5.25" square invitation requires 15 cents additional postage because it exceeds the 5" square maximum requirement of the USPS. It is not the weight, it is the shape. Notification to your customer would be very helpful, only necessary to say "requires additional postage" let the customer do the work of how much. Having invitations returned, THEN adding postage makes me less likely to ever do business with you again and likely to mention this oversight to others. A little more attention to detail and a few less exclamation points might project a serious business noted for their professionalism and thoroughness. fine, the invitation looked the way it was shown on line.
