I ordered this as a Chistmas gift. The print was so faint you could barely read the writing. I contacted your company and requested a replacement. The second cup arrived in time for Christmas and was the print was much more legible. The person receiving the cup loved it, so everyone was happy. Thank you for your prompt service.
