It's a photo of the LO VE art installation in Love Park, in the "City of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia, PA! The L & O sit above the V & E, with the O tilted to the right. It's very famous, and people take photos of it all the time, especially tourists. We need more "LO VE" in the world! Photo copyright protected June 2020 by Kristie Hubler.
