This little guy is called Hitotsume-kozo, and is one of the famous yokai monsters from the mythology of Japan. At first he looks like any ordinary young monk... until you notice his single giant eyeball! This shirt features the one-eyed kid in front of a decorative orange paint streak, with the word "Hitotsume-kozou" in both English and Japanese.
