Lion picture big cat wildlife realist art jigsaw puzzle
This lion image on this absorbing jigsaw has been produced from an original soft pastel painting of mine, he’s part of my wildlife collection of paintings. The title of the original painting is "I Am King!" because he’s such a wonderful example of a big cat, but I felt he was a sad creature too and yet still he reigns with poise and dignity. I tried to show the emotion in his soulful eyes, but it’s his amazing lions mane that I enjoyed painting more than anything else, well, actually, I loved painting every bit of this wonderful king of the jungle lion. I think this beautiful lifelike lion picture works well as an art jigsaw puzzle because there's lots of colour tones to work with. I’m sure he’ll make a wonderful gift for someone special, or maybe you just want to treat yourself to this fantastic wildlife jigsaw puzzle to relax with. This brave lion was painted from a photo by kind permission of Big Cat Rescue.

I was a bit disappointed to find that for the price the puzzle was only a small 252 pieces ..... but ....... it is so intricate that if it was bigger I would be frazzled by now
bought as a special Christmas jigsaw for work colleagues to play with in our breaks - it is a great way to get the team to collaborate on something fun, and to start conversations between folk, and a great positive opportunity to provide compliments on the effort put in and progress being made
the puzzle itself is beautifully made - each piece feels lovely (not a cheap cardboard puzzle) and the shapes are all similar but different
Still a work in progress after a week - it's great!!!!
a truly lovely thing ... it will come out each year - both at work and at home. great image, and fantastic finish on the pieces
