This heart-shaped ornament with a linen style print is perfect either for a 4th wedding anniversary (which is traditionally celebrated with linen items) or any other occasion. Add your own photo to the heart frame and then on the back personalise it with a custom message. Although the text on the blue ribbon says '4 years' for those celebrating four years of marriage, it can be changed to any other short text of your choice (such as 'I love you'). This design has a slight 3d look -- note that the ornament itself is a flat printed design.
