LGBT Gay Pride Basic 6 Colour Rainbow T-Shirt I chose to use these HEX Codes: FF0000 RED. This is pure full on light RGB RED! FF8000 ORANGE. This is pure full on light RGB RED + half on RGB GREEN = ORANGE! FFFF00 YELLOW. Believe it or not, Full on light RED + full on light RGB GREEN = pure light RGB YELLOW!!! 00FF00 GREEN. (the RGB pure GREEN is a very bright yellow green.) 0000FF BLUE. Full on RGB BLUE. 800080 PURPLE (VIOLET). OK you caught me in a discrepancy. I chose the full pure on RGB Green, so why didn't I choose the full on RGB RED + the full on RGB BLUE for PURPLE or VIOLET? Well, because that would make very bright MAGENTA! Which looks bright bluish pink! Maybe I ought to do that. Traditional RGB PURPLE = 1/2 RED + 1/2 BLUE! Sometimes this purple looks too dark to me. Maybe I need to pick a shade in between or a bit closer to this purple but 1/3 brighter? In same regard, the pure full RGB GREEN could be replaced by 1/2 RGB GREEN as closer to a grass or Kelly green??? But it too seems too dark. Maybe choose a shade a 3rd brighter? BLAHHHH! FFFFFF = WHITE. 000000 = BLACK. 80 is used as half of FF. The 16 colours are numbered 0 through 9 plus A, B, C, D, E, F. Thus, mathematically this is a BASE 16 system. HEXADECIMAL system. Yet, I still used the basic 6 rainbow colours we used in grade school water colour sets but in purest RGB formulas. Thus, I used the pure RGB GREEN! RGB colours are the colours of light (instead of pigment), as we adjust colours to what we see on our computer screens. It seems so odd to me that full on RED light and full on GREEN light = bright pure YELLOW!
