Overthinking is... well, it's thinking too much. Instead of acting and doing things, you are thinking and thinking about acting and doing things - or about what others are thinking of you (or doing without you). When you analyze, comment and repeat the same thoughts over and again, you are overthinking. This habit consumes your energy and puts you on a senseless loop of analysis paralysis. The first step in getting out of this habit is to realize that you are doing it. The second step is to have a good laugh with (or at) yourself! And know that you are not the only one! Personally, I have found that meditation helps; give it a try! You may edit the text, but should you? Take a few minutes to think about it. Then think it over. Just kidding! The only thing you have to do is order this design! (maybe even order some more for your friends).
